如果您还不放心，可以加上最后这粒定心丸：感觉鱼的一面煎好了，准备翻面时，可以先把火暂时关掉。

稍等片刻再翻面，这锅底一热一冷，鱼身也跟着一热一冷地收缩，想要完整的鱼身那绝对是万无一失。

煎好的整鱼尽可以接下来再炖汤或红烧了。
